Dip | Bagels and Cheeseball Recipe | Dip Delivered

Dip Delivered cheeseballs are a perfect way to please everyone.

So, you have guests over for the night and now you have to come up with something for breakfast or brunch and all of your guest have different taste. Some people want something hot, and some want something cold. Sounds like a nightmare.

Here is what you'll need for 4 Servings:

  • 4 Bagels of any variety
  • 16 ounces of cream cheese
  • 1 pkg of dip delivered dry mix dip and cheeseball mix, any variety
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 large tomato, sliced
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 12 ounces of lox or smoked salmon, thinly sliced
  • 2 radishes, thinly sliced
  • fresh herbs, salt and pepper to taste

One of the easiest things to serve is bagels in the morning. Bagels come in a variety of different flavors and textures. They can accommodate just about any condiment and filling including eggs, meat, butter, cream cheese or just plain, toasted or untoasted.

We like making a variety of breakfast accompaniments and just let our guest build their own breakfast bagel in the morning. To start we fry eggs and break the yokes, so the eggs cook thoroughly. Second, we cook bacon or pork roll for a meat addition and lay out all of the spreadable fixings including butter, mayo, and katsup. Lay out all of the freshly slices vegetables including the lox and smoked salmon and allow your guest to build their own bagel.

Here is where Dip Delivered steps in. All of our dry dip mix packages make really good cheeseballs. Pick a flavor they are all good. First soften 2-8oz packages of cream cheese and place in a bowl. empty the entire dry mix package (we like the cheesy bacon flavor ourselves) on top of the cream cheese blocks and mash everything together and blend them until all of the dry mix is incorporated into the cream cheese. Place the bowl covered in the refrigerator and let it rest for at least 30 minutes.

Once prepared, the cheeseball is perfect by itself as a cream cheese spread on bagels or with salmon or lox.
