Shipping policy
After making a purchase, Dipdelivered has the sole right to determine and or use the least expensive method of shipping due to product weight, shape, size or location of destination address, unless expressly specified by the customer. Unless expressly specified by Dipdelivered at checkout, all shipping cost will be paid for by the customer. Shipping rates are determined by product weight, shape, size and location of destination.
Although every effort will be made to use packaging material to minimize breakage during shipping, we cannot guarantee unbroken, intact, partial, lost or delayed items during shipping. Refer to our Policy page for returns or exchanges due to shipping issues.
Customers must provide a safe, secure and dry location for delivery to the destination address. Dipdelivered makes no guarantee of goods handling or timeliness while in the possession of the shipping agent. Dipdelivered makes no guarantee of theft, breakage or weather damage or delay after the product is shipped. Third party shipping agents will be contacted by the customer to determine the root causes for delay provided the customer has the related shipping information i.e., tracking number and the 3rd party shipping agent is known.
Reasonable Expectation: Customers should have a reasonable expectation that products will arrive within 10 days of shipping from Dipdelivered. If a product shipped by Dipdelivered has not arrived within 10 days, then a full refund maybe requested, and refunds will be given in the same manner they were processed including any applicable shipping costs.
