Mixing Directions: You will need 1-15 oz can of chickpeas, 3/4 cup of water and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Blend using a food processor or blender works best. Blend chickpeas while adding oil and water until mixture is creamy. Empty into a mixing bowl and add contents of package, mix thoroughly and let mixture rest covered in the refrigerator for half an hour. Best served with pita chips, raw veggies or tortilla chips.
